SHIPPING: Orders placed during Cyber Weekend will process between 5-7 business days. After leaving our facility, items usually deliver within 2-7 business days depending on the location of the customer. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
US : We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100 and $10 Flat rate shipping on all orders under $100. We don't offer free shipping on shipments internationally at this time.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship to Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe at this time.
CALCULATIONS: We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our studio in Georgia. We currently ship with USPS and UPS.
LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item(s) have been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature.
