How quickly do you ship?

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days and shipping time of 2-5 business days (U.S. only).

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges.

What is your return policy?

Naturalista Daily strives for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at hello@naturalistadaily.com within three (3) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date. 

Do you donate/sponsor products to organizations and events?

Naturalista Daily has a limited sponsorship budget each year. If interested in having your event or organization considered for sponsorship/partnership, please email hello@naturalistadaily.com.
